Hora Fugit ? It's the passing of time. Like the Seine river which flows through Paris.
I like to stroll in the streets of Paris looking at its buildings and monuments and observing how time and the history of men have shaped it. For my strolls, there is often with me a red thread; the one that was woven more than a hundred years ago by a Paris lover, the photographer Eugène Atget.
It is not nostalgia, as there is nothing to regret about the past. For me, it is just exciting to superpose and revive the same images across different time periods.
